高品質保證（Quality Control）
All templates and primers are verified against the Order Form and assigned with individual sets of reaction identification number. This identification number helps to facilitate tracking and referencing.
The reactions are then organized into bar-coded plates with their own unique plate ID which is also the run ID. To ensure quality sequencing data, we run a positive sequencing reaction control with a plasmid (pGEM-T primed with M13 forward -20). This control reaction is evaluated with every batch of reactions to ascertain that our processes obtain a high level of integrity.
Our benchmark for a control reaction is a trace score of 40 or more and a contiguous read length of 850 bases or more. In addition, every sequencing trace data is carefully evaluated by our personnel for patterns of reagent or apparatus induced failure. Once the quality control criteria are met, trace data from that batch of reactions will be released. To value add, the trace data of the control reaction is sent to every customer as validation of our exacting quality controls.
